Today I would like to tap your brains: It is close to Christmas and therefore a typical time to hand your wish list to Santa (in our case to Christkind).
So, let’s have a wish list for Cyber Defense. I am currently thinking about how to structure a good and sound Cyber Defense offering. It is all about Incident Response, Threat Hunting Security Operations, Threat Intelligence. So nothing new, in this regard it is “just” stitching the right organizations together – organizations and services we already have. But what I am really interested in here:
- What would be your wishes if you would be able to hand your Cyber Defense Wish List to Santa?
- What makes you buy? What are the events that trigger?
- Do you already buy such services and what drove your decision? If not, what drove your decision not to?
- How can I make it easy for you to buy?
My current assumption is that this is mainly driven by trust and relationship and not necessarily the price.
